Our Capabilities

CNC Machining capabilities include:

Haas ST 30 and SL 30 SSY lathes, and VF3 & VF4 Vertical milling machines,

Omax Maxiem 1530 CNC waterjet cutter & Durma AD-S 30135 9-axis brake press

CSM CNC80TBRE pipe tube bending machine, & Oxy acetylene Profile Cutter, enabling us to provide precision machining services for a wide range of industrial applications.

Manual Machining capabilities include:

5 manual lathes from the Sunmaster ML17x50 to the Colchester Magnum 1250. 

Manford 5KV and Hafco BM 90HV Industrial turret milling machines.

Butler 200mm Slotter machine. 150 ton Hydraulic Press. Welding in MMA, MIG, TIG, low hydrogen, and silver soldering,

and Hydraulic pressure testing up to 6000psi.

Hydraulic Cylinder repairs:

Full cylinder repair service includes; strip and inspection of cylinder, hose and fitting, and seal kit replacement, rod linishing or replacement, assembly and testing.

Manufacture glands, rods, pistons or barrels. Replace bushes, sleeves, pins, and clevises.

3D printing capabilities include:

Range of industrial grade composite plastics for rapid prototyping and production of complex precision components.

Materials include a comprehensive selection of fibre-reinforced nylons, PLA , ABS, ASA, PETG, PC, and PET providing different levels of toughness, strength, rigidity and heat resistant properties suitable for a range of industrial applications.
